I was wondering if there are any advantages or problems with running say Amsoil synthetic through an '89 Rude 60 hp with VRO. Thanks in advance. Chad M

I have an '89 140HP Rude with VRO. I switched to Amsoil 2 yrs ago and it seems like a new motor! Very happy I tried it. Fewer plug changes better performance overall. Runs lower RPM for trolling without fouling and smoother top end running. Worth the price.
