Quick question for ya! I bought a new boat last week, and had the electro Steer installed for a T8. My question is, is there a way to make the electro steer turn sharper? Many Thanks in advance!

It should move the motor "pin-to-pin". If it doesn't, then the installation wasn't optimal. If the Electro Steer only moves through part of the motor's turning arc, it will be necessary to move the push rod attach point on the motor closer to the motor's pivot axle. This will shorten the pin-to-pin throw, resulting in more turn in both directions. Don't worry about not enough power - mine steers a Merc 25" 9.9 Bigfoot with no problems.
Another thing to examine on the installation: when the motor is in the center position, the Electro Steer pushrod should be roughly perpendicular to the fore/aft axis of the motor. If it is not, then you will experience more turn in one direction than the other. In order to correct that, you would need to move the actuator assembly backward/forward, as necessary. No other adjustment will correct that problem.
