Who makes rouges

I have heard of several people using rouges on Erie this year and was just wondering who makes them.

Rouges are made by Smithwick and they are walleye killers. Smithwick was gobbeled up by a larger company called Pradco. Pradco holds many of your plastic crank bait companys now. you should look for the Smithwick name in your local tackle shop.
