I traded a snell holder with some spinner/float rigs (that I have yet to tie) for a pretty decent Bass Pro Shops IM6 medium heavy action bass rod (that will work great for pulling boards). Anyway, my question is, the tip on the "new" rod is missing the ceramic, does anyone have suggestions for the best place in the twin cities (MN) to get a new tip that won't cost more than the rod is worth and won't keep the rod out of commission for too long?
thanks - erik

Stop up to Thorne brothers in Fridley - just off University on the west side.

They will pop on the correct tip while you wait and charge you only for the tip.

It is about a 1 minute job with a bit of heat melt glue and an anchol burner.

Take care

Gander also offers this service in the bloomington store for $1.50 a tip.
