Having a hard time storing deep cell batts in rear batt storage area ?.

Do you mean the 680C? I have one and what I did is buy another battery tray and placed them next to each other perpendicular to the floor. Another words the batteries end faces the inside/outside of the boat. You can easily place two batteries for 24V operations in it. Likewise I did the same thing for the starting battery area compartment. Reply and I can explain more if this is what you are looking for.

Yes it is a 680C. The previse owner had both deep cell batts side by side near the battery storage compartment on the rear left side. I wanted my boat to be organised better then that. Is there any different stly batt that would fit better. Have you ever heard of side posts deep cycle batt.
