Just got off the phone with Happy Days Boating in Fremont, Ohio. They are supposed to be one of the largest Sportcraft dealers around. They said that the company had been run on a shoe string budget, and now an investment company has taken over, (no, not Brunswick or Genmar)and they will continue to produce SportCraft boats, same models, same name just different owners. They have boats ordered and are expecting them to strt arriving in late July. Parts are still readily available, and they assured me that all warranties will be honored.
