He could have laid off of hunting. I hunt and fish, and his comment about hunting is way off the mark I agreed with him and liked the article till that point. Ripper

Realizing that it was writen with tongue deep in cheek, I had the same problem with the hunting reference and responded in kind to Mr Riley accordingly. The article was, however, enjoyable and his humor is smooth. "...fish really suck at catching frisbees" LMAO

I agree. Great article but the hunting parts could have stayed out. Oh no! I just killed a micro organism pressing my dirty mouse button!! Never mind. He was released unharmed.

Ya, I agree the hunting part sucked....
I do want an infrared scope though now and the ability to hit a deer at 1,000 yards. My deer arsenal includes a 1917 Springfield .30-06 w/K4 Weaver and a 50 year old .30-30 Winchester - wouldn't trade 'em though!

My contention has always been this, the fish can't feel the pain in anyway comparable to what a human or a dog does. If a 5 pound walleye put a hook into my lip with 6 pound test there is no way in the world that I would be able to put up one tenth of the fight. He could work me like a dog. I'd like to see what one of those billboards looks like after a few days here in MN. I'm sure some hillbilly would hook a truck up to it and yank it down. I've never considered graffitti, but...
