I have had some items ordered from them for a month and have yet to have my order filled. Everytime I call I get the run around by different people. Any one else have this problem??

Yes. Glad you brought this up.
I am a dealer for both Lund and Ranger
I am having great difficulty even trying to order anything, let alone get what I ordered.
It is embarassing.
They have nice stuff, but to try and get any of it is far more trouble than it should be.
Nice people...but ineffectual.. and "our system is down" is all too frequent of an answer from them.

I have heard that so many times also. The last one I heard was that it was Lund's fault because they were not supplying them fast enough. I don't believe that at all. I have tried every route on this one and I am not sure I will ever get my stuff. Last time I order from them!
I took delivery of my new Lund boat on April 15th 2001. My wife hit up the dealer for 2 Lund hats. I got mad at dealer because I figured he blew me off when no hats showed up. Lo and behold June 26 2001 they finally showed up in the mail and this is the name of the outfit (Kudzoo) printed on the box and shipping slip. Not real speedy.
