I have a 87 Lund Tyee 17.5. I'd like to put a bait well over the splash well in back. Where do I find the bait well unit(round bait bucket, base, pump, cover, ect) or do I have to fabricate it all. I know I'll have to fab the metal surround. If you've done thisgive me your tips.
Thanks

Coincidentally, just last night I was looking at several marine catalogs that had them. There are several choices. One of them was made specifically for mounting on the outside of a boat's transom, and came with all the accessories. Problem is that I am at work, and can't remember which catalog it was in. When I get home tonight I will post the information for you.

I finally got a chance to look into this further for you. Pick up a Boater's World catalog, or check out their website at www.BoatersWorld.com. They have a large selection of baitwells. Also check out West Marine.

I talked to Henrys Marine on Canal in Chicago last Fall about this subject. They showed me an exploded parts list of Lund baitwells and said they would be able to order what ever I needed from Lund.

I never got around to it.
