I'm having trouble finding Seafoam for less than $5 a can. Where have you guys been finding this stuff? They only place I have found it is NAPA auto parts. The boat dealers all look at me like I'm on something, they have never heard of it.

Thanks!

Jim

Same price around here. It is my understanding that NAPA has the exclusive rights to sell this product. When other dealers have stocks of it (Advanced Auto, Pep Boys, etc.) they purchased through NAPA to get it. A little price fixing, me thinks!

Don't know where you live, but Fleet Farm and Farm and Fleet both sell it for around $4 a can.

I've seen it at Gander Mountain and Checkers in Minnetonka, MN.

Jim, I usually buy it from Napa, but I was down in Springville at their Ace hardware store a while back and saw it for much cheaper. Look for your closest Ace.

chech out ACE they seem to have it in their boating department, but i couldn't tell you for how much. i imagine i wouldn't be $5, but i guess thats better than letting the carbon build up.
good luck

i ran out to the garage and checked the price on my seafoam
can and it was 5.99...for the 8 oz can..

but you treat up to 25 gallons with one can a couple times
a season so 12 bucks goes along way.

i see it everywhere in northern minnesota. cenex, hardware
hank, napa, the boat repair places. i wonder why it is so
regional?

I've only found one place in Colorado that carries it. Great Lakes Marine in Littleton. I think it was $6 a can. Head mechanic swears by it there and that is why they have it.

I heard adding anything but gas and oil to your outboard is bad for it. Anything true about that?

You can find it here on sale for 2.99 a can. Campbell supply, or Sturdvents auto.

i dont know eric

every mechanic i have asked about it says either it is very
good for all motors always..or they say its stupid and you
dont need it. no one has ever told me it was bad for the
motor...

i use it in the first fresh gas of the season then may
not use it again till late in the year. it is supposed to
be a fuel stabilizer also.

how about "marvel mystery oil" or "energy release" products
...anyone?
