This spring my 4-stroke wouldn't start properly. Dealer said that the gas that sat all winter was "gummy". Had to drain it and pay a toxic waste site $15 to take it. Don't want that to happen again. Any solutions for a 4-stroke?
Thanks in advance,
ufda

Any gas that is going to sit for more than a month should be treated with Sta-bil or some other gas stabilizer to prevent gumming and slow down the breakdown of the reformulated gas.

Absolutely agree to use a fuel stabilizer. Also remember to store with a full tank of gas. This limits condensation, which contributes to bad gas come spring.
