motor tilted up is leaking off?

having some trouble with my tilt..Everything is working fine but noticed fishing some small water with my trolling motor only my 100 merc drifts back down in the water after an hour or so of fishing.Am I low on fluid and if so how do you go about adding more or bleeding out air if thats the problem?? thanks in advance.

Add fluid but I'm guessing that's not your problem. I had a 100 Mariner that did the same thing. It wasn't losing fluid,the leak was internal.Took it to a dealer,he cleaned the valves out and it improved a lot. The parts aren't serviceable,you have to replace the whole trim unit if cleaning it won't help.
