Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Montana Rock Guard or the Bow Buddy as far as how well they work. Or are the Bra's a better option.

I own a Bow Buddy that has worked fantastic. I have a new 2001 1775 PRO-V. It was getting all bugged up every time I went anywhere. I intstalled the Bow Buddy and so far, all I have to do is rinse off the Bow Buddy, the boat is clean! Great Product. Time will tell how durable and long lasting it is but it seems to be simple yet durable.

Take a look at Rock Hopper guards, I have had good luck with mine on rivers that eat lower units and prop's.

I guess I should read more carefully first, HUH?
I thought you were asking about lower unit protection, Oh well, still a good product if your interested in a guard.
Were is my coffee, I am not running on all 8 yet.

Wally, I'm not clear on this product. Does it protect the boat while trailering or is it something that sticks to the boat to protect the keel?
