In general, there are few very permenant or excellent ways to repair plastic or nylon. The problem is that the pores are so fine that there is little area for glue to adhere to. Even the super glues have little successs with most types of nylon or plastic.

Vexilar on the other hand is an excellent company.

Give them a call and send in your unit. If the unit is ok, minus the case, they will pop the unit into a new case for a nominal charge. I have had wallenty problems with some models of the flasher when they had a run of bad motors. Fixed them all and a great company to work with. Give them a call and or send in the unit for repair and I am sure that you will have the unit back in short order.

Take care

REW is right, send it to Vexilar. I believe the case is around $40 or so. This will also save you in the long run as repaired plastic always weems to leak, and you have the chance of doing more damage later.
