ProMariner chargrers?

My Guest charger died on me and it is out of warrenty. So I stoped by Cabelas and talked to them and they sell ProMariner chargers with their name on it. Any input on them would be appreciated. The look like a pretty decent unit. And the price is decent.

I just spent two hours talking with a bass fishing buddy of last night about just these chargers, he has researched them all and used these ones for over 5 years now, and finds them to be the best.(his pet areas are batteries and chargers)
