trolling with hpdi 150 or optimax 135 or 150

was wondering if you can troll with hpdi 150 or 135 or 150 optimax.mostly going to troll spinners &cranks.or is it better to run a T8.

I would want to use the T-8 just to keep the hours low on my main engine as they cost alot more then a T-8.
