I have a 2000 Fisherman 17 with a 90 hp Johnson I get 40 mph out of it according to GPS. Trolls down to 2.2 mph. So I figure with a 115 you should be able to get 45 mph out of her.

I have a 2001 lund 1700 Fisherman with a Honda 115hp motor on it. There are a few little things with the boat (like it should have room for two batteries in the front battery compartment) but overall, I LOVE THE BOAT. 115 hp is plenty for me. I use it mostly for fishing and with the 115hp it handles four people, live wells full and lots of fishing gear. I usually cruise about 30 to 35 mph. It's the first console boat, the first windshield boat I've owned and....the first boat my wife will take her pfd off in. I've had the rig since last August and I have not been sorry one day that I bought it.

1700 Fisherman w/ 115 is a very popular combination.
Works well.
