When charging batteries in "series" do you need to disconnect the jumper cable before charging with an onboard charger??? Id hate to fry brand new batteries!!!!

[b][font color=brown]It depends on the charger. If it has isolated banks, then no. On my charger,which does not,I have to disconnect the jumper. Check the directions for your charger, or post what kind it is here and maybe someone who has that charger can help you out.
