I am looking for a recipe I believe it was in the Walleye Insider a few years back. A Recipe for a butter compound which was to be spooned over walleye filets. It containing a wine in which you like and it had a list of herbs in which could choose such as taragon and others. I remember it came from a French restaurant in St Paul Minn.
