Polarkraft boats?

I was looking at the 17 foot series of this boat today with dual console. Does anyone have this boat? It looked like a good boat for the money. This one was priced with a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke. Would this be enough motor. I am ready to buy a 1800 lund explorer, but this appears to be more boat for the money. I can get this boat for almost the same price as the lund with the same motor setup.
