Hello, I was wondering what pound and brand name flourocarbon leader you would suggest for me to use when fishing slip bobbers, and jigs? Im using seagaur 8lb CarbonPro right now. I like it allot. Caught a 10lb carp on it, numerous walleyes, and a few 5-7lb northerns. my main Line is 10lb Powerpro also.

Seaguar or P-Line are both good stuff. Make sure you get the pure 100% florocarbon sold in the small 20-25 yard spools and not the stuff designed to fill a reel with like Vanish. There is a difference. For trolling Erie with Dipseys, Jet Divers, Cranks we use a minimum of 15# test Floro on our leaders - 20# and 25# are common also - esp when we are into the steelhead too. This is behind a braided line from 30-50# test with diameter from 8-12# mono equivalant. Different application than what you are doing but Seaguar and P-Line are the top choices on Erie.
Good Luck,
Steve

I buy the Scientific Anglers floro for fly fishing, so I always buy a couple of extra 25 yd spools for my walleye tackle system also. It works very well for me!
