Quick question, I have a lund 1890 pro-v I can't find where the in-line switch to front livewell is. I can hear the motor running but no water going in, the rear one works. It is a tiller. Also why do I need to have the rear well power on in order for the front power to be on. Hope you can understand this.
Thanks

My brother-in-law had a pro-v a few years ago that from the factory had the power run on the common side of the rear livewell switch and the Normally open side went to the motor and jumpered to the common side of the front livewell switch. I re-wired it for him. He had the same problem that you had.
As for the pump running but no water, see the archives for Lund live wells. You can turn the empty valve to empty to prime the pump. Otherwise you may have a pump problem. It sounds like it is not priming. That is a common Lund livewell system problem.

Sounds like your system is working. I think you have an air lock in the hose. I have a 1800 that does the same thing from time to time. Solution is to back up to force water into the system. This works for me. TGG
