I just bought a great little vacuum cleaner for my boat. It's a wet/dry One Gallon ShopVac for under $20. You know how that water lays in the carpet, and all the worm bedding or other junk that seems to collect on the floor. Well this little giant, is the perfect vacuum to suck up the water and the other debris quick and easy. Check out your local discount center for special prices. I think they have a promotion going on now. I found it especically good for getting rid of the water that lays in the carpet and starts to mold and smell. The high suction pulls up all of the water and the carpet is almost dry. Just a thought for a wet problem....Kaz

I use one too, Kaz. I found them to be especially good for sucking up those scales, half digested baitfish, and the other stuff that accumulates in the livwell. It's not pretty, but it has to be cleaned and this vac is the one to do it.

Breeeeze: I hadn't thought of the live well, but that always a problem too. I also use it to drain the bilge under the motor where the dirty water collects. Thanks.....Kaz

I handed one of these little units to my wife along with a nylon bristle grout brush (works great getting the worm keep and dried minnow bits out of the crevices) and she porters the rig. All she will let me do is watch.

I'm a very lucky guy.
