WWA Is An Official RCL Qualifier

4/26/2000 -- The World Walleye Association (WWA) announced today that it is an official RCL qualifier. The World Walleye Association is proud to have two official RCL qualifying tournament circuits. The Premiere Team Challenge and Team Challenge tournament circuits are both official RCL qualifying tournament circuits. The WWA’s RCL qualifying status is retroactive. Therefore, the Minnesota Team Challenge events held on April 8th & 9th in Red Wing were official RCL qualifying tournaments. There are rummers floating around that the wwa has canceled the winneconnie Wisconsin tournament could you please set people straight on this issue.

That rumor is incorrect. The WWA has not cancelled either of our Winneconne tournaments. The Team Challenge tournament this weekend is scheduled as planned. The Premiere Team Challenge tournament was rescheduled for May 25th & 26th. Most people should be straight on this issue. This information was posted on our website (www.worldwalleye.com) the day the schedule was changed. All anglers that were impacted have been contacted directly.
