custom boat covers in PA

I was in Warren PA. sometime ago, looking at a boat that had cover made by the Amish. Does anyone know of any Amish boat cover makers in the Warren PA. area? This cover was very well made but the lady did not know of the name of the place. Just that it was made by the Amish. Any info will be greatly appriciated!!
