I have a 02 F115 on my rig and been sitting for about a month now,in the last two days I noticed that about the lower unit in the middle of the housing where the power head and lower unit join together there is a port I assume is for the drainage of motor oil and I have found there is some (very little) amount of oil that looks like engine oil coming out of this hole.
My question is: Is this normal for a motor been sitting for long time?
I have check the dip stick and is at the top of the marking and the motor has two to three hours total running time (due to our new born baby that's why the motor is not even broke-in yet).
Should I mention this to the dealer when I take the boat there for winterizing?
Also,my other question is the gas tank has about one-third gas in the tank and I am going to treat it with sta-bil but since I live in Ontario, Canada and the gas we can get here is mixed not pure gas should I fill the tank or no?
Thank you in advance!
