Are there 2000 and 2001 models of the garmin fishfinder 160? If so what is the difference.

What I think is "new" is the introduction of the Garmin 160 Blue model in 2001.
The regular 160 is a 200 kHz transducer (10 degree cone) with 400 watts RMS power.
The 160 Blue has dual frequency, 50 (40 degree) and 200 (10 degree) and kicks power up to 500 watts RMS.
Feature wise, the 160 Blue can display in dual mode for both frequencies and comes standard with speed and temp (option on the regular 160).
