Okuma Reels Need help getting service work in Ohio ,any ideas?

I went to the Okuma website www.okumafishing.com and sent them an Email telling them I needed repair on two reels. They replied with a return authorization number. The reels came back in 2 - 3 weeks as I remember. This was early last winter.

Below are two services in Michigan that I have used for other reel repairs and had very good results. Give them a call to see if they do Okuma, but my guess is they do. I have usually had repairs completed and back to me in less than a week -- and that was if they didn't have the parts in stock.
