I'm thinking about buying the '04 Alumacraft Navigator 175CS with a Yamaha 115 4 stroke & a 2400lb roller trailer.

The guys at Hoots Marine in Rosemount, MN gave me a price of $14,999 and includes starting battery, aluminum prop and tie downs.

Seems when I checked around, that was the best price in town. Is it?

Also, are there other things I should add to the boat? I was thinking:

radio/CD player
Lowrance X125 for bow and X47 for dash.
Minnkota 55PD universal with quick detach bracket.
Transducer mounting plate on transom.
Trailer guide ons
Spare tire bracket
Cover

Give LaCannes Marine in Faribault, MN a try. You can get an online quote by going to lacannesmarine.com. Great people to work with and their service is excellent! I found out about them from people on this site. Good luck!

Sounds like I got a good deal since I'm getting 25more horsepower and a 4 stroke motor.

Any other items I should get?

The salesman at Hoots Marine said they'd install the items for free and charge me only what I find for a price in cabelas or bass pro mag's.

Call Nelson Marine in White Bear Lake, MN. They might match pricing on a deal. They are a very good Alumacraft dealer and have some great programs. Good luck

Jeremy,

I talked to some of the dealers I have been talking to and they said "if you can get that deal take it and run". Sounds like a great price. Did you get something in writing? They might forget the price they quoted you. Let us konw how you do.

I ordered a 190 Trophy from them 3 weeks ago & it too was the best price I found. Other people I talked to said that they took care of there customers after the sale so I'm trying them.
Good Luck.
