I am adding a aerator to my livewell just to help the fish in the well and when running the lake. Has anyone used the ones called Keep Alive aerators. Thinking of trying this one if not just a simple one with spray bar.

JReye, Although an areator may be a good idea there is a product out there called Survivor. It is a fresh water pick to provivd fresh oxigenated water to your livewell while on plane. It will install on a boat in just a few minutes. Check out www.ynottech.com to read more about it. You can also email me at jpiette@itol.com and I will answer your questions as I have been running one for the past year and a half.

Rather adding an aerator, it might make more sense to install a high speed water pickup for your boat.

Many aerators really don't do a very good job in keeping fish alive. However, the addition of fresh water does an excellent job of keeping fish alive.

Take care

If heard of these before. Any guess on who makes em? I didn't see them listed in Cabelas. I've been interested, but trying to find them.

You can buy the Survivor right here on WC. My kids just got me one for my birthday and can't wait to try it.
