wal-mart has the cheapest at 3.79$ a piece.
Dakota Mart in Pierre S.D. has lots of them including custom colors.

Cabela's has their version in a kit that got lots of rave reviews on this message board a while back. I think they're pretty cheap too.

I bought a kit of I think 5 wally divers for 14$ on sale at Gander Mt about 2 years ago the mid size in assorted colors seemed like a good deal then and a good way to get started in them. Iv'e always had good luck with them in 12 to 15 ft water in a clear lake I fish at night the silver with a black back is a great producer slimers like them too.
