Help with 1991 Bayliner Trophy 2302.

I just bought a 1991 Bayliner Trophy 2302 with twin Force 120 outboards. I am not that familiar with the Force outboards. I will be using the boat primarily to troll in Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie.

I have a few questions:

Does anyone have one of these boats?
Can I troll with only one of the outboards running?
How slow can I expect to be able troll with 1 motor?
Is there anything special I should know about this boat?
How about the motors?
