I am waiting for the delivery of a 21'Tundra I purchased a month ago. Wanted to get opinions on where to mount the marine radio, fish finders (at the bow) and rod holders. ANy suggestion on type of rod holders and where to place them?
thanks

Hopefully Jim Carroll and Johnnie Candle respond, they've got some nice pics too.
Wanted to get opinions on where to mount the marine radio- Mine is under the dash, I have the antenna in front of the passenger console on the interior gunnel on a ratchet mount
I put my fish finders in the bow on RAM holders.
Because of the rounded top to the gunnels I used RAM rod holders on the inside but mounted pretty flush to the top. I put in a lot of holders personally. I think through where I want them for rigging, trolling, trolling with boards, and as dead or a second rigging rod up front. A good policy is to have at least one about as far as you can towards the front and the back to have good sideways coverage for a dead rod if you are drifting. I also added one rod holder in the middle of the back ahead of the livewell but rememeber there isn't much lag space.
For running/stationary/extra rod holders, accessory holders, etc I like the FTC brand out of Sioux Falls, they are at goodluckfishing.com The have ones that can be mounted in the floor, at angles, etc. I really like the fan style for trolling rods and reels. Plus, his stuff is made out of recycled milk jugs which I think is pretty darn neat.

No really, my boat is aluminum.
You may want to go to Keith K. and Gary P.'s website. They have a section on there for questions about the Tundra. I bet you would get opinions from most all of their staffers on that site.
