Why?
Thanks. I hope many of the people who frequent this board will let Normark know (tactfully) how they feel about the recent changes (for the worse) to Storm lures.
Just a question

Since most of these changes are very recent how does anyone know they are all for the worse?

Have you looked at the construction of the new baits? Not very good if you ask me.The lips will be off these baits after a few wacks with the bottom. The old models would last until you ground them off.

That is what I'm asking. You don't know for a fact but you have made up your mind that they are junk all ready.

The lips have been getting worse for at least 2 years! Check the archive once, this topic is not a new one.
The new T-sticks with the glued on lips only came out late last fall. Or did I misundrstand what you said Eddy?

All that I can say is I have 4 shad rap #9's with no lure left, only the bill. I am the only one that it has happened to? Granted, it happens when I am fishing in the rocks but I use my T-Sticks more often and the only problem with them is the scratched bill.....For those of you who like to question the credibility of some of these individuals posting, careful, many of them are very hardcore fisherman that put more hours on the water than they do on land....I am not one of those but I do respect their opinions. I do spend as much time on the water as possible which boils down to about 20 hours a week during the soft water....

The poor lips have been seen on models like Husky's for some time now. I have not used the new Storms turned Raps very much so I can not comment on them. I have seen quality slip is my point.
Last fall I bought 2 dozen Huskies and 11 failed before freeze up, all with bad lips.
What would that tell you?
