"Roll Top" truck bed cover

Anyone have any experience with the Roll Top cover made by Pace Edwards. I want something that is lockable, but allows you to haul bigger items without taking it completely off like the hardshell "toneau"covers. It also needs to do a decent job of keeping stuff dry. I had a "fold a cover" a few years back and it leaked so bad I ended up getting a full cap. I don't want a full cap this time. The roll top seems to be the best choice I've come across so far, but my concern is how it will be in rain,snow, ice. Here's a link to their website. Also interested in durability. Anyone had one for several years?

Hoping someone has some experience with these before deciding. I know it won't be completely waterproof but hoping my stuff won't get soaked either.
