Any of you know if the On Board Chargers in Rangers (617 in my case) are trickle chargers and can be left plugged in all the time? I see the green light on and wonder if I should unplug it until the day before I'm heading out. I didn't see it in the manual and don't recall what I did last year....memory must be going.....
Thanks,

yes, you may leavethe charger plugged in all the time, it will only charge till full and won't over charge. green lite means full charge. i leave mine plugged in weekend to weekend. best to keep a full charge in them than let em sit partial charged. good fishin, mike

I plug mine in the day before I am going. I plug it in when I get home after fishing, as well. But most of the time I am unplugged.
PS: Sold your buddy (Rich, my neighbor) a used 1850 Tyee pretty well loaded out. He is hitting the water when ever he can. :)
