Teddi,
I am driving up in a rental vehicle that doesn't have a hitch, so I won't be able to pull a loaner boat even if my lodge has one. My fear is that we'll get there and spend a week boating only a handful of fish. I would just like to have a back up plan. Do you know of any slam dunk walleye lakes (don't have to be big, eaters are fine). Also the reason we are going to this lodge is becuase my buddy won a trip there at a DU banquet. I want to make the trip an annual event, but not necessarily at this lodge. Any suggestions for me to check out while I am up there?
