MNMoose,
Nice to hear from you bud, we did good on sunday, I took 2 of my borther in lwas out with me to pull lead and nothing else, I told them in advance this is either sink or swim but all I wanted to try. Hit the water about 5:30 and started our first pass at 5:45, bang 2 saugers on the first pass, they think I know what I'm doing. Using number 5 Cabelas rad shads, they don't work as good as shad raps but the fish don't seem to ignore them either, and especially at 2 bucks a pop instead of 6. Fished shallow 14' til the sun rose high, then wandered out into 18 to 21 fow and found them again. We boated about 30 total nothing huge, biggest just over 21" but caught enough to keep them from being bored. Bright colors worked well, firetiger, chartruese and white, pearl whilte were the colors that worked the best. As soon as it quits storming here today, I'm going back again, I cleaned the fish for them and let them take them home to their family, so taoday I want a couple eaters for me. Keep in touch, talk to you again soon Pk
