this time of year they are still around the dam areas in the slack water. you have to watch the river level close, as it turns them, off and on again. I will try to get with you next week. helping daughter get moved into new house.
I am from southside of Chicago, I have a 18' deep vee, I usally fish with one or two others. It looks like next week the weather is going to be in the low 40's so if you are interested I will let you know witch day and you could meet me at the ramp or baitshop.
