hello kevin! - i went to google earth and looked at the mattawa bay area last night. The canadian fisheries also sent me a map showing where the one non fishable area is. Looking at the map I saw what appears to be another large bay with two long narrow entrances (several miles in length), that are due north and then west of mattawa. On my map the lower end of this area is called baie adolphe poisson. the lower end of it is almost directly west of camp. This area looks really good. Is it reachable from mattawa camp with the 15 hp motors without taking forever and a ton of gas??? Thanks Rich

hello again! I am from northern ny just south of montreal so it is only about 7 hours for me and only 4 if I take the alternate, more expensive flight that flies from farther south of clova. I wish I could go in a week or so later but my boys will have tests that week . I will get the maps for sure and pester you about the hot spots north of camp. I certainly dont mind travelling to get to less pressured places ! Thanks for everything - Rich
