Anyone use the Giant Chubby Darter?

I was thinking this might be a great bass or striper bait. They have on the web site that trolling for stripers is good with this, I thought this was more of a vertical bait or a jigging presentation.

If you use it what color is good, the spring price looks good. I already bought some #6 Chubby's three for the price of one.

Thanks,

LOL! Really, except in Canada you can throw anything in the coves that has action and catch Northern pike. You get two for $24. I call dreaming yoga, I dream out fishing opportunities and buying lures helps me relax and de-stress. My wife pretty much hates it.

But that is hilarious, that guy Les in Man vs Wild or the other one, he should dig carrots and then fish, that could be a stick bait with some mods.

I have caught walleye, pike, muskie, and giant catfish on the Giant Chubby...so far...never know what may hit one next.

I have had friends do well on XL Lakers on them too. Stripers have been know to take a whack at them and they are now common for Redfish anglers to add to there bag of tricks.

If the Giant intimidates you, try trolling a #6 once, they produce too.

Actually they are 2 for $24, check the Salmo USA site once. They are running a special on them.

Check Cebalas Bargain Cave. I pick up 2 at 8.00 bucks a piece.

Let me know how you do, if you get to them with it first. ;)

I think it looks great.

OK. I was down there today dragging the boat down. It sounds like the white bass have turned on. Stripers next. Then green grass lizards.
