Wolf River (WI) rules / regs?
 
Could anyone provide me with general info. on rules and regulations on fishing the Wolf River in Wisconsin, Outagamie / Shawano Co. getting ready for the spawn!

Rules really standard, but watch for the no wake zones, I know you cannot troll. Not sure if they have a size limit now, but it use to be no size limit. And the biggest un-written rule don't run through the packs wide open. I remember fishing there with my ex-fater-in-law a few years ago and I got tired of all he wide open running guys do throughthe packs. The mouth of the river gets packed, but there are some good clam beds up by the cross over and the mouth of the cannal. Good luck and have fun.

There is no minimum length on walleye, and sauger may not be havested.
It appears that the bag is 5. there is nothing is the regs about hybrids on the wolf. That is for Outagamie county, Shawano is no minimum length on walleye, hybrids and sauger may not be harvested.
