I see the Ranger 621 is now rated for the 400 hp Verado. Also they have a new 22' 10" 622 which is also 400 hp. The 620 hp rating has also been raised to 300.

I use one as my go to jigging rod and it is fantastic for that. As far as jigging raps and Lindy's it would work for lighter ones but I think it may too light if you are using #9 jig raps or 1/2 oz...
