Wish I had a better answer than, "I just wanted one." But, that's all I got. The 620 is a better walleye fishing platform, but I put a lot of fish in that Reata, and always felt safe and comfortable....

The cable steer foot pedal on the maxxum goes directly to the trolling motor. You will just have to plug in the 12 volt power supply on the front "dash" of your boat that powers the trolling motor....
