I believe this is correct. I think the motor ships from the factory with it set to run a rich mixture and then after break in you adjust it to the leaner setting.

My buddy has a 21p Bravo FS on his and it works very well, runs 58 with two guys and tank of fuel, has better holeshot than the Tempest.
I've got a 19p Rev4 on mine. It comes out of the hole better...

I've used a 6'6" ML for quite a few years. Casting jigs or cranks in trees, you can stand in the bow and hold the tip down by the surface, shoot the jig like a rocket and it never gets more than 6"...
