I've been goin' on about this for years, fortunately it's not as bad yet as I anticipated. Oil is going to keep increasing and the politicians have nothing to do with it, it's a demand /supply thing....

jerry, snoop gave good advice. An electric fillet knife makes the job a breeze. As snoop said, it takes longer to clean up the mess. After cleaning a limit or two you'll be an old pro. Very simple.

I use fathead chubs (crappie minnows) and do as well as when I used lake (emerald) shiners. They stay alive on the hook and in the bucket longer than the shiners. I have't used shiners in years.
