I run two batteries with a blue sea switch. Try to keep electronics on a separate battery due to electrical interference. I do switch over at times to recharge the electronics battery.

I had thought that some 3M 5200 would seal it up good. Of course I like being able to dry it out if needed. I will just keep it bagged. Not a great solution for a marine controller.

Alumaducer is working great on my jet boat. Plan to hook up to 898C SI when I do the install. For now using with my old LCX-15 Lowrance. Shoots through .190 aluminum without issue.

Just hooked up an Alumaducer on my LC-15 Lowrance and have the best image I have ever had. Shooting through .190 jet boat hull. Good fix for bad lowrance transducer.
