I would say that if it has over 250 ft/lbs of torque and around 200 HP that it will do the job just fine. My 06 Jeep Liberty diesel has 160HP and 300 lbs and it pulls my Skeeter WX1880 just fine....

fish and ski trolling

Father in law has a 19' triton fish and ski with a 200hp opti. Too fast to motor troll and the 24v motor guide doesn't last. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to troll with this rig?
