I think this may be a simple problem.

Rough running.
You should try putting a can of seafoam through the gas. Your old fuel could also create a similar problem you are having if the fuel was not treated end of last season.
It's a cheap fix .

I have the bert's tracks on my Superfisherman 186 and run Scottys with 60" booms. I upgraded the washers underneath the gunnels and have no problems with them fully extended.
