Choices

Truth is a bad decision isn't really possible. Both are great boats. I prefer Warriors over the Rangers. I just like the look better and buying from a smaller manufacturer is something else I like.

1750 Rebel

I have the older 1625 Rebel with a 60. Runs like a champ, I came from fishing in much larger boats and was more than pleasantly surprised at how well the 1625 Rebel handles. I am a big guy at 6'5...

Agree x100

I have been walleye fishing all of my life and today's entry level boats are a massive upgrade over boats that I fished out of in the past. The mindset of needing 21 footer with a 300 really escapes...

Hip Replacement

I was fairly young when I got my first one done (mid to late 30's) all I can say is that if I knew before hand how much better it would be afterwards I never would have waited. When it was time for...

Not bad.

I looked at some pictures, doesn't seem all that bad to me. I was expecting to see something horrendous from the comments.

My very first experience fishing as an amateur was quite the experience. My father and I decided to fish the entire PWT circuit for a year.

Harsh man!

I don't know if your comment about the 1625 owners not knowing what they are talking about is a fair statement. I went with the 60 on mine because of the weight issues that you mentioned. The 75,90,...

Rebel

I have the 1625 version. If it's not too late I would opt for the 75 on that setup. That being said I would definitely get a 24 volt terrova or ulterra and get the 60 inch shaft, I went with the 54...

The car tires are no where near as good as the 857's and unlike the car tires they are not cheap.

Subaru outback

I have had very good luck with our Subaru Outback. I have made many trips with it but more impressive is that I towed our boat (1625 Rebel Xl) from South Dakota to Maine. Zero issues and that was 14...

Maine Prices

Ready for some sticker shock? Out here in Maine season hardwoods go for about $260 a cord, delivered. Most people out here are still heating with wood or pellets. I went with Bio-bricks last year and...

More MPH

I found the easiest way to gain MPH.... since moving from South Dakota to Maine my boat runs several MPH faster. Gotta love running a boat at 50 feet of elevation compared to 1500 or so.
